Where we deliver

We deliver across South Africa via reputable courier partners.

Delivery times

• Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth): 2–3 working days.
• Regional & outlying areas: 3–5 working days.
• Orders placed before 12:00 (Mon–Fri) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends or public holidays ship the next working day.
• Delivery is to street addresses only — we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping rates

• Flat rate: R95 per order.
• Free shipping on orders over R800.
• Bulk-order rates for schools are quoted on request — please contact us.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a waybill number and tracking link.

Failed delivery

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After 2 failed attempts the parcel returns to us and re-delivery is for the customer's account.
