1. About us

The Clip is a South African online retailer of school bags, bag sets, trolley bags and name labels.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors before dispatch. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you to confirm or refund.
• An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and you have received an order confirmation email.

3. Payment

We accept payment via secure card payment and EFT (where offered). Payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant providers.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Delivery Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns

See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full terms. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or to disrupt service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All site content (logos, text, images) is owned by or licensed to The Clip and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
