Change of mind
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free collection and either replace the item or refund you in full, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Non-returnable items
- Personalised or printed items (e.g. school name labels).
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging.
How to return
- Email hello@theclip.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply with return instructions and (if applicable) arrange collection.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the item.
Refund method
Refunds are paid back to the original payment method. EFT refunds may take 2–3 working days to reflect; card refunds may take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.
